Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Your privacy is not negotiable. We built this app with privacy as the foundation, not an afterthought. We don't want your data, we don't need your data, and we will never sell your data.

What Data We DON'T Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Health data or fasting history
• Location data
• Usage analytics or app behavior
• Device information beyond what's necessary for the app to function
• Advertising identifiers
• Cookies or tracking pixels

What Data Stays on Your Device

All of your fasting data is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's secure storage systems:

• Fasting Sessions: Start times, end times, and duration of your fasts
• Preferences: Your chosen fasting goals and app settings
• History: Records of your completed fasting sessions

This data never leaves your device. It's not uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party. When you delete the app, all this data is permanently removed.

Third-Party Services

Apple StoreKit (Subscriptions)

We use Apple's StoreKit framework to handle the optional Pro subscription. Apple processes payment information according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or billing address.

Apple Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, we use Apple's notification service to send you reminders when your fasting goals are reached. These notifications are processed by Apple and contain only the notification content (e.g., "Fasting goal reached!"). No personal data is transmitted.

Data Security

Since all data stays on your device, it benefits from your iPhone's built-in security features:

• Data is encrypted using Apple's standard encryption
• Protected by your device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID
• Backed up through iCloud (if you have that enabled) using Apple's encryption

Children's Privacy

Our app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Since we don't collect any data at all, there is no risk to children's privacy.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any data, there's nothing for us to:

• Provide you with (we don't have it)
• Correct (we don't have it)
• Delete (we don't have it)
• Export (we don't have it)

Your data is already entirely under your control. Simply delete the app to remove all local data.

Advertising

We do not display advertisements. Ever. Not in the free version, not in the Pro version. We will never add advertising to this app.

Analytics

We do not use any analytics services. We don't track how you use the app, which features you use, or how often you open it. Your usage patterns are your business, not ours.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy (which we don't anticipate, since "we collect nothing" is pretty straightforward), we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the app.

We will never change this policy to start collecting data without your explicit consent and a major version update that clearly explains the change.

International Users

This app works the same way everywhere in the world: your data stays on your device. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations by simply not collecting any data in the first place.
